Firewood

We sell firewood for the stove.
There is a wood-chopping tool available, and so should try to make a fire on your own together.
Your hard work and the warmth of the fire would be a special experience and memory of your stay at Anchor.
*Fire-wood stove needs to be looked after, meaning you need to blow air or add some wood when the fire gets weak.It needs extra care to make upward current in the pipe in order to prevent from downward air flow when it’s windy.

Looking after the fire is also a part of the joy of using the fire-wood stove.

Uramura Village Oyster set

We prepare local oysters (pacific oyster) freshly harvested in the morning.
The tool to steam oysters is also available only for those who order this set.*There is an oyster knife in the kitchen. Feel free to use it.
We can teach you how to make grilled oyster or steamed oyster, and so try cooking them for dinner.
Just for your information, the oysters from here Uramura Village would cost double or even more at oyster bars in Tokyo.
*We put all harvested oysters in the sterilisation process before serving you so it is safe enough to eat them raw, but please be reminded that it still may be affected by the water temperature or your immunity.
